Ryan Gosling
If you have watched The Mickey Mouse Club and La La Land, you are undoubtedly aware of the melodious voice Ryan Gosling has, but were you aware that he released an eponymous album with the band Dead Man’s Bones in 2009? The band includes Ryan himself and Zach Shields (a close friend). The two met in 2005 when Ryan was famously dating Rachel McAdams while Zach was dating Rachel’s sister, Kayleen.

As soon as Ryan and Zach discovered that they share a preference for creepy things, they started a dark-themed theatre production, which eventually became a do-it-yourself album, which also featured the Silverlake Conservatory Children’s Choir. The album is known for the guys playing a myriad of different instruments, many of which they didn’t have formal training.
