It’s obvious that Aretha Franklin has a voice that radiates extreme power. But what you may not have known is that she has a four-octave vocal range. With a skill that, this girl needs absolutely no auto-tune. As we know, auto-tune is commonly used, especially in this day in age. It’s nice to know that this wasn’t always the case.

The singer even has a little something to say about it, “What is auto-tune? I don’t even know what auto-tune is.” She doesn’t even know what it is! She definitely doesn’t need to with a voice like that. Some people don’t need anything extra to be the best. Aretha’s pure talent is better than any version of auto-tune.
