An Injury Changed Him
Wallen proved himself to be a talented baseball player and put all his efforts into being successful on the field. He saw himself playing ball in college and potentially going pro, but an injury during his senior year derailed those dreams. He tore his ulnar collateral ligament and couldn’t play anymore.

Since his baseball dreams were ruined, Wallen returned to his first love, music. He began considering a career in the industry but didn’t know how to get his foot in the door. Although he lived close to the country music capital of the world, Wallen didn’t know where to start.
