Roasters
As we mentioned, Rogers was featured in a Seinfeld episode with his restaurant. Well, as it turned out, that is Kenny’s actual restaurant. Kenny Rogers Roasters is a fried chicken shop that the country star opened. It aimed to take on some of the giants as Boston Market and Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Kenny’s intention was to have much less salt in his chicken than other big names in the industry. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out as planned. Since the restaurant wasn’t doing so well, the American locations have all closed up. Luckily, if you want to try some Kenny Rogers Roasters, there are a few stores left in the Philippines and Malaysia.
