Who Was in Destiny’s Child?
Destiny’s Child went through some changes both before and after they stepped into the spotlight. Some of these changes were a bit more public than others, and there was definitely a ton of drama when it came to who would be seen as the true powerhouse of the group. They all wanted to be the leader of the group.

While we know them now as a trio, they started out as six members before shaving down to four, then finally three. Beyoncé Knowles met rapper LaTavia Robertson at an audition, and Kelly Rowland moved into the Knowles family home when things got rough with her family. Ultimately, we know the group members now as Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams.
